The founder and CEO of PRIME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, who moved from Cameroon to Canada in 2019, embodies ambition, resilience, and adaptability. She began her entrepreneurial journey with a successful e-commerce business, demonstrating strong business acumen and building a solid reputation.
Recognizing the need for technical skills, she studied graphic design to enhance her ability to create websites and strengthen her business's digital presence. Her experience in employment agencies inspired her to establish her own, offering specialized services to positively impact the labor market. Her journey reflects the power of continuous learning, self-improvement, and bold decision-making. With her diverse skills and deep business insight, she has built a thriving agency and serves as a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly women.

The Visionary Co-Founder: Wisdom Nwachukwu
Wisdom Nwachukwu is a dynamic and ambitious entrepreneur, who has spent years cultivating a passion for staffing and talent management. His journey began in Nigeria, where he saw the immense potential of the employment sector early on. Before venturing into the world of staffing, he was already familiar with the challenges and rewards of managing a team.
He successfully ran a salon and spa business, employing over 20 staff members, and also ran a cyber café, each venture teaching him valuable lessons in business operations, team leadership, and client relations. His early ventures honed his talent for matching roles with the right candidates, fueling his dream of owning a staffing agency. After moving to Canada in 2023, he gained experience with local agencies, identified industry gaps, and pursued Digital Media Management studies to adapt to digital trends.
This combination of practical and academic insight shaped his vision for improving recruitment and workforce management in Canada. Leveraging this knowledge, he co-founded his own employment agency, blending traditional recruitment practices with modern digital solutions. His expertise in managing diverse teams and applying digital tools has helped create an agency committed to the success of both clients and candidates.
He is setting his agency apart by emphasizing personalized service, data-driven decisions, and workforce development to help businesses optimize their teams. Focused on scaling his business, he creates opportunities for both job seekers and employers in Canada.
